About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Independent Community Care Management Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will be working with individuals of all ages, in the community and in their homes, providing support for those with complex needs such as spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and support to clients with complex needs
- Developing and implementing care plans to meet individual client needs
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
Requirements
- Previous experience working in complex care with paediatric clients
- Skills in stoma care, PEG feeding, and experience with spinal cord injuries
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
