Business Development Manager

At Smart10 Ltd, we are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to the company's continued growth, and we are seeking a proactive and driven individual to contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting high-volume outbound calls to generate leads and quotes.
• Completing quotes promptly and logging follow-up calls.
• Interacting with prospects and customers daily to drive additional orders and revenue for the business.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in an office environment.
• Results-driven approach with excellent communication skills.
• Confident telephone manner and passion for sales.

• Uncapped, accumulative monthly commission.
• 23 days annual leave + bank holidays (3 days used over Christmas).
