Fenestration Business Development Manager

We are partnering with a high-end fenestration business to find an exceptional Fenestration Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive regional sales plan that targets profitable growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively with architects, specifiers, and contractors. They will also be part of the management team supporting strategy to develop and improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver a regional sales plan that targets profitable growth from specification, project, and customer leads, relationships, and quotations.
- Identification of new customers, making contact, and initiating the sales process.
- Be part of the management team supporting strategy to develop and improve business performance.
- Traveling to site or customers' office as required.
- Work with the marketing department to develop strategies and agree on promotions.
- Qualifications in economics/industrial engineering or something similar.
- Industry and product knowledge of windows and doors.
- Be computer literate and able to use MS Office package.
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
- Be forward thinking and sales driven.
- Willingness to travel.
Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
