Safety Trainer - Industrial Services Division

This role involves developing and delivering comprehensive SHEQ training programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and fostering a safe work environment.

  • Deliver external and internal training courses to diverse employees across the UK
  • Create safety practice and regulation training courses
  • Educate employees on safety principles and maintaining a safe work environment
  • Engage attendees during training sessions for maximum learning
  • Develop informative materials for learners
  • Assess training program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
  • Collaborate with operations to identify specific training needs based on workplace incidents or regulatory changes
  • Assist in managing the Safety Training Program
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and employee progress

A competitive salary of £42,500 per annum reflects the importance of this role in ensuring our team's safety and well-being.
