ASOS, a leading global fashion retailer, is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Barnsley.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to support the QA Lead in ensuring the highest quality standards across our products and operations. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement, identifying areas of excellence, and implementing effective solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Taking a proactive approach to setting and maintaining quality assurance standards across ASOS's global supply chain.
  • Delivering training and coaching to suppliers, Quality Control Centres (QCCs), and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with ASOS's technical, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Supporting the monitoring and analysis of customer complaints and queries related to product quality.
  • Collaborating with the technical team and suppliers to implement corrective action plans and drive quality improvements.
  • Driving efficiency and cost savings through process improvements and technology enhancements while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Conducting AQL inspections on stock as required.
  • Providing expert technical guidance to GXO and other internal teams to resolve complex quality and technical issues.
  • Reprioritizing work activities to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and speed-to-market.
  • Supporting ongoing quality assurance and technical projects as needed.

**Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes, regulations, and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Able to travel globally, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to make informed decisions on AQL inspections and quality-related matters.
  • Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices.

**What We Offer:
