Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the management and successful sale/letting of Shared Ownership and Market Rent properties.
Deliver an exceptional customer-focused service, with a strong emphasis on resident engagement and satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies that ensure continuous improvement in all service areas.
Ensure all policies and procedures comply with current legislation and reflect best practices.
Work closely with partners and stakeholders to deliver successful schemes and maintain compliance with health and safety

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of private rent, shared ownership, leasehold management, and tenancy allocations.
Experience leading teams in a commercial housing environment.
A strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results and improving service delivery.
High level of IT literacy and the ability to analyse and present information clearly.
Full UK driving licence.
