Residential Property Manager Job Description

Fleet, Hampshire

£27-30k

Property Personnel is seeking a driven individual to join their experienced property management lettings team in Fleet. The Fleet office has an excellent local reputation, proven ongoing success, and vast potential for future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive and reactive maintenance of a portfolio of managed properties
  • Property inspections and organisation of safety certificates
  • Relationship building with tenants and landlords
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

Requirements:

  • Residential property management experience
  • An analytical person with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work closely with a team
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Quick learner with a fast-paced and high-volume workload
  • Driven and self-motivated individual
  • Excellent problem-solving capability
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
