High Specification Residential Construction Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled construction manager to lead our residential projects team. You will be responsible for managing the construction process, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the construction process, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and labour, ensuring that all subcontractors meet the required standards.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including [£70,000 - £100,000] per annum.
