Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Residential Surveyor to join our team at MAVREC LTD. As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting L2 and L3 RICS surveys, some associated valuations and assessments of residential properties. This includes inspecting properties, evaluating their conditions, identifying potential issues or hazards, and providing detailed reports.

The ideal candidate will have experience in residential property surveys and assessments, knowledge of building construction, regulations, and safety standards, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and remotely.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting RICS surveys and assessments of residential properties
  • Inspecting properties and evaluating their conditions
  • Identifying potential issues or hazards and providing detailed reports
  • Working independently and remotely

What we offer:

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 DOE + bonus
  • Car allowance and mileage cover (own car is necessary)
  • Equipment provided
  • Monday - Friday
  • 25 days + bank holidays
