About the Role:
Oakhill Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for delivering effective financial information and supporting the Head of Finance in achieving our financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts, KPIs, and lead the preparation of annual statutory accounts.
- Manage finance system changes and ensure the integrity of finance processes.
- Oversee financial reporting, statutory accounts, and key financial controls.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, coordinating audits, and maintaining process documentation.
- Lead a small team, providing coaching and development while overseeing day-to-day financial operations.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with similar experience in a previous role.
- Comfortable working autonomously, with occasional face-to-face interaction with the Head of Finance.
