The Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team at Heathrow Airport. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing premium customer service, supporting our management team, and achieving sales and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a tailored and premium experience for all customers
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of the brand and our products, showcasing our luxury offerings
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management, building strong relationships
  • Maintain visual standards, ensuring a cohesive and engaging store environment
  • Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador, promoting our values and mission

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in retail or luxury sales
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, adapting to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear and concise communication
