**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Fortnum & Mason. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide world-class customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our luxury products, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display activities to create an engaging and inviting store environment.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for luxury retail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and weekends.
