About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Harrods International at Heathrow Airport. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of all products within the department, and increasing sales by selecting products to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all products within the department to make informed sales recommendations.
  • Increase sales by selecting products to meet customer requirements and providing personalized product recommendations.
  • Understand and properly execute all systems and POS procedures to ensure prompt and efficient sales transactions and full compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support to colleagues as needed.

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with a background in customer service, ideally within retail. You will have a genuine interest and passion for Harrods, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will need:

  • Previous experience in retail or hospitality.
  • A genuine interest and passion for Harrods.
  • Self-motivated to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge.
  • An out-of-the-box thinking mentality to surprise and delight customers with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong ability to work within a team.
  • Great organizational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
  • Ability to work morning and evening shifts as well as weekends.
