As a Sales Associate, you will deliver outstanding customer service while working independently or collaboratively to uphold our exceptional store standards. We aim for our customers and team members to take pride in their experiences with us.
Airport Eligibility Criteria:
- Five years of continuous references - to obtain an airport pass, you must provide five years' worth of employment or educational references without any gaps.
- Criminal Records Bureau Check - this will be conducted by WHSmith if your application is successful.
- Valid Photographic ID, such as a passport or UK Driving Licence.
- Providing exemplary customer service to all patrons.
- Conducting stock replenishment and ensuring that all areas of the store are tidy and welcoming for customers.
- Maintaining high standards of display and visual merchandising to assist customers in finding their desired products easily.
- Collaborating with team members and offering support to colleagues.
- A genuine passion for ensuring customers have an exceptional in-store experience.
- Confidence in communicating effectively within the team.
- Motivation to achieve outstanding results and maintain high standards.
- Flexibility to adapt to company requirements and objectives.
