Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all products within the department to increase sales and meet customer requirements.
  • Understand and properly execute all systems and POS procedures to ensure prompt and efficient sales transactions and full compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with a background in customer service, ideally within retail. You will have a genuine interest and passion for Harrods and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in retail or hospitality.
  • A genuine interest and passion for Harrods.
  • Self-motivated to learn and develop product and industry knowledge.
  • An out-of-the-box thinking mentality to surprise and delight customers with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong ability to work within a team.
  • Great organizational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
  • Ability to work morning and evening shifts as well as weekends.
