Job Title: Registered Supported Living Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Supported Living Manager to lead our Specialist Care team in delivering high-quality care services to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and support to our customers, while also driving the growth and development of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services to our customers.
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote personalisation and positive risk-taking, while ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer care plans, risk assessments, and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance visits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and staff engagement.
Requirements:
  • Qualified to Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Experience in leading and managing care teams, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services.
  • Strong knowledge of care standards, regulations, and quality assurance processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
