Job Title: Registered Supported Living Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Supported Living Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Crowd (Yorkshire) Ltd. As a Registered Supported Living Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality supported living services to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality supported living services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Qualified to Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
  • Experience of working in a supported living environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
