Job Title: Registered Supported Living Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Supported Living Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Crowd (Yorkshire) Ltd. As a Registered Supported Living Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality supported living services to individuals in the Southampton, Portsmouth, and wider Hampshire area.

About the Role:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of care professionals to ensure the delivery of excellent quality services.
  • Develop and implement quality care plans that promote personalisation and positive risk-taking.
  • Manage a team to ensure successful operation of quality control compliance systems and perform quality assurance visits.
  • Effectively manage complaints and incidents, carrying out investigations and using findings to initiate improvements.
  • Promote a positive culture in line with the Specialist Care Teams ethos and values.
Requirements:
  • Qualified to Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or willing to work towards it with experience to support the role.
  • Ideal candidate will hold a PBS qualification or have experience in this area.
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
