Job Title: Registered Supported Living Manager

Are you a seasoned Registered Manager seeking a new challenge in the care sector? We are currently recruiting for a Registered Supported Living Manager to join our team at TRCGroup.

About the Role:

As the Registered Supported Living Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our Specialist Care team in delivering high-quality care services to our customers. You will be involved in the growth and development of our services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting a positive culture within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of care professionals to provide exceptional quality services
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote personalisation and positive risk-taking
  • Manage a team to ensure successful operation of quality control compliance systems
  • Investigate complaints and incidents, using findings to initiate improvements
  • Promote a positive culture within the team, aligned with our Specialist Care Teams ethos and values
Requirements:
  • Qualified to Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or willing to work towards it with experience
  • Ideal candidate will hold a PBS qualification or have experience in this area
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
