About the Role

The Sheffield College is a further and higher education institution dedicated to providing academic, vocational, and professional qualifications to approximately 13,000 young people and adults annually. We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Team Leader for the Prince's Trust Team Programme. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the planning and delivery of the programme, ensuring the delivery complies with the Trust's expectations.

Key Responsibilities

The Prince's Trust Team programme is a 12-week full-time personal development programme for 16–25-year-olds delivered largely through community work. One week of this programme will be a residential undertaking outdoor pursuits and challenging activities. The programme's prime aim is to build confidence, motivation, and skills to help unemployed young people return to education or move into employment.

As Assistant Team Leader, you will facilitate and encourage Team achievements, while guiding each Team member on an individual learning journey. You will also be active in recruiting a range of young people across target groups to achieve the prescribed number of Teams and an appropriate Team mix.
