Job Summary:

We are currently recruiting for a Health and Safety Manager to oversee health and safety matters across our projects in Cambridge and East London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health.
  • Maintain and review health and safety policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Meet statutory obligations regarding health, safety, and welfare at work.
  • Complete and review risk assessments for work equipment and operations.
  • Document, investigate, and implement improvements for accidents.
  • Manage safety inspections, fire drills, and alarms.
  • Develop health and safety policies, systems of work, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate health and safety training records.
  • Perform documented health and safety inspections, audits, and checks.
  • Deliver structured health and safety training programs.
  • Liaise with external consultants on training programs and health and safety services.
