About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled professional with a strong background in health and safety management within the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and ongoing management of health and safety programs across large-scale construction projects.

Main Responsibilities
* Lead the development, implementation, and management of health and safety protocols in line with industry regulations and company policies.
* Ensure all site operations are compliant with the latest health and safety legislation, CDM regulations, and company standards.
* Conduct regular risk assessments, site inspections, and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.

Key Requirements
* NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent health and safety qualifications.
* Significant experience in a health and safety role within the construction industry, preferably with a Tier 1 main contractor.
* In-depth knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and CDM regulations.
* Proven ability to manage health and safety on large, complex construction projects.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive pension scheme, generous annual leave entitlement, and opportunities for career progression.
