HR Adviser

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Adviser to join our team at North Lakes Hotel & Spa. As an HR Adviser, you will play a key role in driving forward our HR activities, supporting managers with recruitment, payroll, and training and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support managers with effective recruitment of team members, ensuring new hires align with our key values.
  • Complete weekly and monthly payroll accurately and provide guidance on payroll forecasts and actuals.
  • Drive forward training and development of team members and managers, ensuring statutory training is completed and talent conversations are effective.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring on HR-related matters, including grievance, disciplinaries, and performance management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR adviser role.
  • Qualified to a minimum CIPD Level 5 with experience in mentoring and coaching.
