We're seeking an experienced HR Adviser to drive forward HR activities in our busy hotel.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving engagement in the property to support retention
  • Supporting managers with effective recruitment and onboarding of new team members
  • Completing payroll and providing guidance on HR-related matters
  • Proactively driving training and development of team members and managers
  • Linking with the People Team to manage absence cases
  • Producing people metrics and updates for Quarterly People Reviews

This role would suit someone with at least 2 years' experience in an HR adviser role and a CIPD Level 5 qualification. You will be passionate about providing an exceptional team member experience and confident in influencing at all levels.
