HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Adviser to join our team at North Lakes Hotel & Spa. As an HR Adviser, you will play a key role in driving forward our HR activities and supporting our General Manager, Senior Leadership Team, and Head of Departments.
Key Responsibilities- Drive engagement and retention initiatives to support our team members
- Support managers with effective recruitment and onboarding processes
- Complete payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment
- Proactively develop and implement training and development programs for team members and managers
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Collaborate with the People Team to manage absence cases and provide support to employees
- Produce people metrics and updates for Quarterly People Reviews
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR Adviser role
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher
- Experience of mentoring and coaching
- Mental Health First Aid training
- Ability to influence at all levels and provide calm and compassionate support when required
