Job Title: Customer Services Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Services Team Member to join our team at Protec Fire Detection PLC. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a professional and courteous telephone service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our company's computer systems and software, enabling you to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner, consistently delivering high-quality customer care in line with our customer service requirements.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues or escalate them to appropriate personnel, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers, providing clear and concise information as required.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation, storage, and provision to relevant personnel.
  • Progress to become a multi-skilled team member, offering flexibility within the department to efficiently provide goods and services in accordance with customer needs.
  • Perform other duties commensurate with the role as required.
