Customer Service Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at Protec Fire Detection PLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all customer queries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure that all customer queries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to all customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that all customer service representatives are trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer service is aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Ensure that all customer service representatives are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Proven experience in a customer service leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
