About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated Compliance Officer to join our team in ensuring the safety and quality of privately rented properties in the area.



Job Description:


As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for conducting inspections of privately rented properties to identify hazards, defects, and non-compliance with property standards. You will utilise your practical knowledge and skills to effectively conduct property inspections and manage and prioritise workloads to meet performance targets with minimal supervision.



Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need to possess basic IT skills to effectively navigate systems and software. Additionally, a driving licence and own vehicle are required for regular travel to inspection sites.

Salary Information:


The hourly rate for this position is £25.22 PAYE or £32.93 Umbrella, reflecting the skills and experience required for this challenging role.
