About the Role

As a Health and Safety Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of our employees and customers across six depot locations. This role requires a strong focus on risk reduction and proactive incident prevention.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective health and safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections, and providing training sessions to ensure that all staff members are equipped to work safely.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health and safety protocols
  • Conduct regular site inspections and provide training sessions
  • Investigate incidents and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH certification or similar H&S qualification
  • Proven experience in health and safety
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
