About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Barista Maestro to take on a leadership role within our team. As a Barista Maestro, you'll be responsible for leading shifts, supporting colleagues, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and support colleagues in delivering unbeatable experiences
- Maximise sales by making the most of people's talents
- Train and accredit new Baristas
- Stay up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, and share knowledge with the team
- Drive high standards every time, whether that's through the quality of an espresso or monthly coffee excellence scores

We're looking for someone with a passion for coffee and people, who is reliable, has team leadership experience, and is willing to learn and take on shared responsibility.
