About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Barista Maestro to join our team at Costa Coffee. As a key member of our store operations team, you'll be responsible for leading by example, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service
  • Develop and implement effective store operations strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Train and develop new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Monitor and maintain store standards, including cleanliness, presentation, and product quality
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You'll have a strong track record of leadership and team management, with a proven ability to motivate and develop others.

You'll be a natural communicator, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. You'll be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
