Company Overview:
We’ve come a long way since 2015. We started off in 2015 with a roaming coffee cart and 1kg Roaster and now we’re recoginsed nationwide. We’ve grown a loyal customer base that started off as E17 locals and the Waltham Forest Community that have now taken Perky with them wherever they go with our popular ‘Coffee by Post’ service. We truly believe in coffee for everyone.

What keeps us grounded? Our passion for roasting and serving seriously good specialty coffee and always giving it our all. We are constantly striving to deliver even better. We have strong foundations, and we are built on values which help shape what we do, Family, Responsibility and Pride, which means we really care about what we do and who we do it with. From our Roasters, Partners and Suppliers we like to work with people who really believe in what we do and who we are. As a close knit team the daily grind really feels like home, which is really important as we grow.

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as Flexi Barista.

**Job Description**:
As the Barista, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our stores. You will be responsible for upholding our standards of coffee preparation while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages in accordance with our standards.
- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs to Supervisor
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the coffee shop at all times.
- Demonstrate punctuality and maintain regular attendance to fulfill scheduled shifts.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working as a barista.
- Knowledge of coffee, brewing methods, and espresso equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional coffee experiences.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
