We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at Costa Coffee in Waltham Abbey, UK.

About the Role

As an expert coffee connoisseur, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee that exceeds customer expectations. Your role will involve working with your team to maintain a clean and safe environment, as well as ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crafting great coffee that hits the sweet spot every time
  • Serving customers with a smile so they walk away happy and excited about their next visit
  • Working with your team to maintain health & safety and cleanliness across the store
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.00-13.00 per hour, dependent on the location of the store. You will also receive free handmade drinks whilst on shift, as well as 50% discount on food and bottled drinks. Our Cycle to Work Scheme allows you to make huge savings on bikes and accessories, and we also offer salary sacrifice pension with up to 10% matched contributions.
