North East, United Kingdom Changing Lives Full time

We are Changing Lives, a leading provider of supportive services to individuals facing challenges. Our mission is to empower people to make positive change in their lives.

As an Accommodation Project Worker with our organization, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment for our residents. This includes creating individual support plans, assisting with housing applications, and promoting budgeting skills.

Our residential service is a male-only, shared accommodation for 18 residents aged 18+. We have two parts: assessment and supported living. A safe home is the foundation for building a better life.

We provide accommodation for homeless people, rough sleepers, veterans, and survivors of abuse. Beyond just a roof and shelter, our accommodations offer a place to build a life, free from adversity.

You will work collaboratively with a team to develop individualized support plans, help residents secure stable housing, and foster resilience for a brighter future.

This role requires flexibility, including working on a rota basis across various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Estimated salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
