Accommodation and Welfare Coordinator

Oasis Charitable Trust invites applications from seasoned professionals to fill the role of Residential Support Services Manager. This challenging yet rewarding opportunity demands a strong background in supported housing management, coupled with exceptional leadership skills.
About the OpportunityThis 37-hour per week, Monday to Friday position requires an individual who can effectively manage our Supported Accommodation services in the North East of England and London, adhering to Oasis Community Housing values, policies, and Ofsted standards.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and maintain excellence in support delivery across our Ofsted registered Supported Accommodation services, embracing Oasis Community Housing ethos and Ofsted expectations.
- Play a crucial role as the Safeguarding Lead for Children, guaranteeing that staff uphold safeguarding responsibilities aligned with legislative and organizational guidelines.
Candidates should hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Children and Young People's Residential Management) or demonstrate a commitment to pursuing this qualification. A proven track record of success in supported housing management, encompassing health and safety, finance, safeguarding, needs and risk assessment, and personalized holistic support provision is necessary.
The successful applicant will also have substantial experience in safeguarding leadership at a management level, staff supervision, and providing guidance, support, training, and supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital, along with the ability to navigate ongoing change and lead others with a results-driven approach. Familiarity with the Children’s Act, Ofsted regulations, and Ofsted inspections is also expected.
Annual Salary EstimateThe estimated annual salary for this position is £50,000-£60,000 based on regional and industry benchmarks.
