The Role
A General Office Administrator is required to manage office systems, databases, and filing. The successful candidate will handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, as well as organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes. Additionally, they will assist in preparing and distributing reports, newsletters, and other communications. This role also involves coordinating internal events, workshops, or conferences, helping to organize fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives, and maintaining donor databases, tracking donations, and preparing thank-you letters. Furthermore, the Administrative Assistant will coordinate volunteer recruitment, scheduling, and orientation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
