Clinical Governance Lead

We are seeking a Clinical Governance Lead to oversee nursing homes in Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire, ensuring they meet the highest clinical standards. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in resident/patient care, managing chronic diseases, and wound dressings.
The Clinical Governance Lead will review and support the performance of each home, analyzing key performance indicators and identifying practical strategies to improve care delivery. They will work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to plan and implement key actions to address any issues.
The ideal candidate will have a current NMC registration, RN (General), and evidence of continued professional development. They will have previous experience in a care home environment and as a clinical mentor, including supporting newly-qualified nurses.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and support the performance of each nursing home in Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire
