Exciting Opportunity for a Clinical Lead Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at a state-of-the-art care home in Brackley, Northampton. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to deliver exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Promote independence and dignity for residents
  • Support the delivery of quality improvements and drive efficiency in line with CQC guidelines
  • Ensure a welcoming and safe environment for residents, employees, and visitors
  • Support the Home Manager and take responsibility for day-to-day management of the home
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in managing a team and ensuring staff supervision and rotas
  • Knowledge of quality and clinical governance programs, including audit and care services
  • Ability to produce well-developed care plans and risk assessments
  • Confident in overseeing medicine management and using modern technology
  • Passionate about delivering great care and supporting residents and their families
