Junior Office Assistant

The Junior Office Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the business on day-to-day tasks, ensuring a polite and professional approach at all times. This role is essential in creating the correct image for the Company.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Support all teams/schemes within the business
  2. Assist the receptionist with tasks
  3. Support managers and Directors as needed
  4. Monitor and order office supplies and stationery
  5. Liaise with external contractors to maintain office equipment
  6. Perform other administrative tasks as required
Key Attributes and Requirements:
  1. 1+ years' practice or industry experience; consideration given to school leavers with relevant qualifications
  2. Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle contentious issues
  4. Knowledge of data protection/GDPR rules and workplace practices
  5. Ability to work independently and autonomously
  6. Willingness to support all areas of the business as needed
  7. Team player with a can-do attitude
