Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Desktop Support team to implement, manage, and support computer systems, network, and telecommunication systems.

  • Ensure standards of performance are maintained across staff, systems, and security.
  • Liaise with service users and departments in an advisory capacity on IT issues.
  • Implement strategies to enhance desktop support and service desk services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in IT support and management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze trends and implement improvements.
  • Experience working with IT systems, network, and telecommunication systems.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and hardware.
