As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in achieving our mission by providing high-quality care and support to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You should also have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly and be able to demonstrate your skills and experience in caring for vulnerable adults. We are looking for individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to delivering individualised care and support to our residents. With ongoing training opportunities, there is no limit to how far you can progress with us. Many of our Senior Carer Assistants have progressed into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles.
