We are seeking an experienced HR Data Insights Specialist to join our team at Robert Walters.
As an HR Data Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for producing and delivering people metrics and data reporting. This includes cyclical reports, ad hoc requests, and supporting continuous improvement projects across the HR function.
You will work in partnership with HR and IT teams to identify HR system improvements which will create better data reporting and increase the accuracy of HR data.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing reporting and analytics for the People function using data from the HR systems on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis, maintaining high standards of accuracy at all times
- Collaborating and working in partnership with HR Business Partners, to interpret and analyse data trends, offering expert opinion and guidance
- Developing, maintaining, and delivering the monthly reporting schedule, allocating and prioritising other work to accommodate deadlines
- Producing and interpreting large volumes of data with the ability to identify trends and variances
- Understanding, interpreting, and providing feedback and suggestions on MI requests
The ideal candidate will have experience as a HR analyst in a busy role and come from a commercial background.
