  • Analyse data from various sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with overall logistics objectives and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure logistics performance and track progress towards operational goals.
  • Prepare and present data-driven reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate findings and support decision-making at various levels of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse complex data sets, identify trends, and derive meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, or data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution processes.
  • Knowledge of logistics systems and software (e.g., WMS, TMS) is preferred.
