We are seeking a highly skilled Indigenous Family Services Manager to join our team at Indigenous Perspectives Society. As a key member of our management team, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to our Family Services Team, ensuring that the work of the teams is well-integrated and managed to the benefit of our clients and community.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in Social Work or a related field and/or equivalent experience and education. A minimum of two years' experience working in a child and family services or social services organization with direct responsibility for providing leadership and supervision is required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic and operational leadership to the Family Services Team
  • Managing budgets in cooperation with Administration staff
  • Ensuring accurate case files and case management plans are maintained for families served
  • Supervising Family Services Team staff, including orientation and ongoing performance management

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of Indigenous families, we encourage you to apply.
