This role involves working closely with the team to allocate and manage cases, ensuring that all complaints are processed within 30 working days.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Allocate and manage cases, processing complaints within 30 working days.
  2. Gather and review supporting documentation to ensure that all relevant information is considered when making decisions.
  3. Draft clear explanations for decisions and communicate these to customers in a timely manner.
  4. IDentify non-compliance and take appropriate action to prevent recurrence.
  5. Provide training and guidance to junior team members on complex cases.
  6. Buld and present PowerPoint presentations to stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits
