Wellbeing Programme Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Wellbeing Programme Lead, responsible for creating and delivering engaging wellbeing programmes that enhance residents' lives.
You will work closely with the care team to understand residents' needs and preferences, and develop innovative programmes that promote their wellbeing and happiness.
Responsibilities:
- To design and implement wellbeing programmes that cater to residents' diverse needs and interests.
- To collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of programmes and excellent resident outcomes.
- To maintain accurate records of programme planning and evaluation.
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Part-time contract, 24 hours per week.
