We are looking for a highly skilled Health Services Manager to lead our occupational health department. The successful candidate will have experience in managing teams, developing policies, and ensuring compliance with NMC standards.

About the Role:

  • Lead the occupational health department, overseeing the delivery of occupational health services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with NMC standards.
  • Manage a team of occupational health professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH DEGREE/DIPLOMA & NMC REGISTRATION.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing teams and developing policies.
  • Experience in leading occupational health departments.
  • Active NMC registration and full UK driving licence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Salary:

£60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
