Mental Health OT Service Manager

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Occupational Therapy Service at our Potters Bar/Hertfordshire location. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of adults and adolescents with mental health issues.
The estimated annual salary for this role is up to £45,000, based on experience. As the Lead Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for managing and leading the Occupational Therapy Service, using evidence-based practices to ensure high-quality care.

- Develop and implement individual treatment plans
- Improve patient outcomes through effective service delivery
- Maintain high levels of staff morale and engagement
