Occupational Therapist Leadership Opportunities

We are seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to join our team as leaders in CAMHS and Adult Mental Health services at JustOT.

This role offers a chance to work with a talented team, develop your skills, and make a real difference in the lives of individuals and families affected by mental health issues.

The successful candidates will be responsible for managing individual treatment plans, developing rehabilitation opportunities, and implementing interventions collaboratively with service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the Occupational Therapy Service using evidence-based principles.
  • Report directly to the Therapy Lead and have autonomy in running the OT department.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain professional standards.
