Mental Health Practitioner Lead

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Mental Health Practitioner Lead, working within the Adult Mental Health Services.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership roles, with a strong background in community mental health settings. The postholder will be responsible for providing urgent mental health assessments and home treatments, while contributing to the achievement of the team's objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide urgent mental health assessments and home treatments for service users requiring the services of the Team.
- Contribute to achieving the Team's objectives through effective clinical leadership and workload management.
- Offer flexible working patterns over a 37-hour week, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker qualification is essential.
- Post-qualification specialist mental health training is desirable.
- Experience of working in community settings and leadership roles is required.
Benefits:
